All of us are concerned about the way we look and do whatever we can to put on a nice face as soon as we have got out of bed. Some women jump at the make-up kit hoping to conceal any imperfection that the night sleep has left onto their cheeks without realizing that true beauty comes from the inside and has a lot to do with the quality of sleep. Although, a thought about liposuction procedure may have crossed your mind, don't panic...

Your morning face tells a lot about what you did the previous day and can thus be altered by sticking to a series of rules. Let's start with relaxation. All of us work long hours but few of us take a minute to unwind when we feel tiredness has settled. A short break whenever your body and mind require it can do wonders and enable you to go on with whatever activity you have been involved in, without feeling tired again. Just sit back in your chair, close your eyes and think of something pleasant (a sunny beach, a nice meal, your favorite music etc.). That's it! A few minutes for your beauty will do.

Proper hydration is vital. If you drink enough water during the day, you will look fresher in the morning. It's a fact. Your skin and even your eyes will look healthier thanks to the general good feeling that a hydrated body can get.
Never skip your evening bath. No matter how tired you may feel a long shower with a relaxing shower gel or better a nice bubble bath will definitely remove the burden of your daily labor and reinstall your peace of mind. That's the best sleeping pill one can get, the key to your total night's relaxation.
Nutritionists claim that what and when we eat can tremendously influence the quality of our sleep. Try giving up any junk food that you love and welcome organic food into your life. Your stomach and psyche will revive soon. Also, take your time, enjoy each and every morsel - quality is more important than quantity when eating is involved.

Do not browse your office files before going to bed; listen to some great music or just read two more pages from your book. You will be happy when you fall asleep and you will wake up the next morning with the same feeling. When you see your face in the mirror, you will no longer feel the need of a radical change. Moreover, you will not be tempted to use a lot of makeup to cover your under eye shadows. A bit of mascara and a natural looking lipstick hue will do the perfect job for the day.
