There are lots of superstitious people in this world and these people are superstitious about everything in this world which includes cell phone names as well. There are reports going around in the business world which states that good or attractive cell phone names almost guarantee a better prospect in the market place. Is this really true? Let us find that out in the remainder of this article.

It is true that cool and trendy cell phone names do tend to strike a chord with the prospective customer but it is definitely not one of the major factors which decide the fate of the company. This is because when people think about buying a new gadget, they do not necessarily think about the label of the gadget. Their primary concerns are relating to the features and offerings of the gadget.

When some mobile networking and communication companies came up with very odd and irregular words as labels for their brand, there was a very warm reception given to them by the public. But that craze and euphoria was limited and it was there only till people got to know the actual features of the gadgets. And if this trend becomes a huge hit, then there are lots of other people to follow suit. But there are still some companies who resort to the traditional ways and stay away from these gimmicks.

After these companies tasted success in the beginning, the market share of these companies had slid down considerably because the actual gadget had really nothing to offer. And one of the major reasons for this downfall in the sales is not only that the customer found nothing great in the features of the gadget but also the fact that such fancy cell phone names no longer enticed the customer as it was no longer trendy or cool to have such gadgets. Most of them thought that the trend was over and every other person had such gadget with funky labels and descriptions.

One of the other major flaws with these descriptions was that there was no link to the previous models that had come in to the market. The fact of the matter is that people look into these models which have a label that very aptly describes the features of the gadget. They want phone names which were relevant, intuitive and something that could be identified with the gadget and this is why most of the companies failed as they were not able to look into these aspects of their brandings.
