Using a  Hand Held Mobile Phone while driving is DANGEROUS!

Unfortunately, because legislation restricting the use of mobile phones while driving was not already in place from their inception, we as a society look at any pending or new legislation as a direct infringement of our rights. The use of mobile phones while driving is now indemic and it is going to take a lot of policing to finally bring useage into line with legislation. It only takes a moments lapse in concentration to end up in strife while driving without the added influence of phones, yet large groups still vigorously oppose any restrictions on the use of this paramount of distractions.
