The 3 day tuna diet is a great way to jump start your metabolism. The diet can help you to lose 5 to 10 pounds.

Afterwards, you should have a great metabolic program to jump onto immediately so that your body can continue to lose an additional 10, 20, 30, 50, 70 or more pounds.

3 Day Tuna Diet – Phase 1

The 3 day tuna diet : Day #1

Breakfast
Black tea or coffee (no sugar)
1/3 grapefruit
1 cup of tuna

Lunch
1 cup tuna
Water, black tea or coffee (no sugar)

Dinner
2-3 oz. lean meat (fish/chicken)
1 medium to large size dinner salad
1 medium apple
Water or black coffee or tea (no sugar)

The 3 day tuna diet : Day #2

Breakfast: tuna, egg whites or chicken
Black tea or coffee (no sugar)
1 green (unsweeten apple)

Lunch
1 cup tuna or cottage cheese
Water, black tea or coffee (no sugar)

Dinner
Tuna (2 cups)
1 cup cabbage or broccoli
1/2 cup grated or sliced carrot
Water or black coffee or tea (no diet sugar)

The 3 day tuna diet : Day #3

Breakfast: chicken and egg white omlete
Black tea or coffee (no sugar)
1 oz. cheddar cheese
1 apple (green-unsweeten)

Lunch
1 cup of tuna
Water, diet soda or black tea or coffee (no sugar)

Dinner
1 cup tuna
1 cup cauliflower
1 cup carrots
Water or black coffee or tea (no diet sugar)

Additionally, remember to drink a minimum of 1/4 gal of water each day.
