The teeth grinding frustration of trying to lose weight or trying to stay in shape makes many people just give up.

I mean really...how many diets have YOU tried? And more importantly...how many have succeeded? Strict "DIE"-ts are dangerous in so many ways:

  • You don't lose much fat on diets!

  • Initial weight loss is mostly water which, if it's not replenished, creates a dysfunctional, dehydrated body!

  • The second thing lost on a diet is muscle tissue...not fat!

  • When you're finished dieting, you'll most likely gain back all the weight you lost, plus some...

  • And if you are a yo-yo or constant dieter, you run the very real risk of permanently ruining your metabolism!

One bite leads to two..two leads to three...three leads to eating the whole box of snacks...or the entire bag of potato chips...or the full carton of ice cream...and you're back on your OLD eating plan...the one that got you where you are to begin with!
