Try this dead simple system to import your Facebook friends into your Google+ account...

1) Go to At address.yahoo.com. Then import your FaceBook friends.

2) Export your Yahoo contacts (now including your FB contacts):

3) Import your contacts into Google+ using the feature shown below. (note that if you are blocked from importing this may be temporary due to Google being in beta - more details here). The whole procedure takes less than 5 minutes!
