"Saludos y Despedidas" (Greetings and Goodbyes) Quiz

!Hola...

Well, here we are at the end of the current series on "Saludos y Despedidas." By now you will know pretty much all you need to know to say hello or goodbye to someone in Spanish. What you need to do now is go and practice it with a friend or a Spanish-speaking buddy.

Not everyone has someone they can practice their Spanish with. So, in case you don't know someone who speaks the language, the second best thing is to test yourself. In this newsletter, I thought I would give you a quiz to see how well you've mastered your newly acquired knowledge.

ANSWERS TO EXERCISES

First of all, here are the answers to the exercises in the previous newsletter:

Exercise 1. (The following are suggestions only.)
Pamela: !Buenas tardes!
You: Buenas tardes, Pamela.
Pamela: ?Csmo estas?
You: Muy bien. ?Y tz?
Pamela: Muy bien, gracias. !Bueno, hasta luego!
You: Nos vemos.

Exercise 2.
Marta: Hello, Miguel! How's it going?
Miguel: So-so, and you?
Marta: A little tired.
Miguel: I'm sorry. What's happening?
Marta: Nothing.
Miguel: Well, Marta. Later!
Marta: See ya.

Now, take a few minutes to score your exercises. If there's anything you didn't understand clearly, review it now.
