The nurses were charting at the nursing station when they heard this terrible scream - "Help HELP" The nurses quickly ran into the residents room to see what was was going on fearing the worst.

They got to the room to see the resident sitting on the side of her bed. They said what's wrong are you ok? She quietly but very seriously said "there's been a break in call security" The nurses said what? The resident said "yes I saw him" "Saw who" the nurses asked. She said "he just broke in and he's right there" (pointing to her female roomate who was still sound asleep). "His name is Craig" the resident insisted.

Then she said "I don't know why my security unit did not work I just bought it". "What security unit?" The nurses asked perplexed. "Why that one right there" Pointing at the large air conditioning unit right next to her bed.

During their assessment they asked her if she knew where she was and she said "yes I know where where I am" The nurses asked Where are you? She said angrily "I don't know where I am" Then she mumbled something else.

They asked the resident if she had any pain and she said “yeah” Where is your pain? “Right there (pointing to the ceiling) she said.

So then the nurses asked her again "Where are you?" Indignant the resident answered "I'm right here"

Later that night the resident had two more break in’s
