One evening a young man drank about 4 beers and decided he needed more to drink so he asked his wife to drive him to get more beer and she obliged. 

He picked out a six packed, came home and drank almost the entire thing.  By now he was really pumped up with energy. 

His wife went to bed long ago.  And he decided he needed to burn some energy.  So he went out into the large back yard and began sprinting in the middle of the night.

Full speed ahead he was going with his dog by his side under the moonlight. 

The next thing he knows he was flat on his back in severe pain.  As he tried to bare the severe pain in his neck and figure out what happened, he noticed with what peripheral vision he had left the volley ball net falling to the ground. 

He realized he just close lined himself with the rope holding the volley ball net up.  He ran into it so hard he took the entire net down with his neck.   

The next morning his best friends wife asked him why he had something like a red road rash going across his neck.
